Congratulations to our Colt Citizens of the Month - Anthony Cirri, Ivory Comer, Joseph Contino and Cullen Fote!

SADD is sponsoring a trip to Dorney Park on Saturday, May 31 to promote a safe prom. Those purchasing prom tickets may also purchase tickets to Dorney Park / Wildwater Kingdom for $30 each. (This includes guests from other school's.) Tickets will be on sale from May 1 through May 9.

Save the Date - Class of 1988 will be holding its 20 year class reunion on Saturday, August 9, 2008  at the Heritage House in Millville, NJ. from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m.

The Cumberland Regional Board of Education approved at the Public Hearing on March 25 by a vote of 6-0 the 2008-2009 Proposed Budget for submission to the voters on April 15, 2008. The budget maintains all programs and services and reduces taxes by $500,000.

Congratulations to Audrey Cuff, Special Education Teacher at CRHS, who earned her doctoral degree in Education from Fielding University.  Dr. Cuff is a 1981 graduate of Cumberland Regional.

The NJ Dept. of Education has released the 2007 School Report Cards, which contain detailed statistical profiles of all public schools in the state.  For information about the 2007 report card, click on the following link:

FBLA News!  Our students placed in many competitive events at the Regional Competition, which was held Jan. 10th at Mercer County Community College.  They now will advance to the State Competition in March.  Details are available by clicking here.

The NJ Dept. of Community Affairs is working in partnership with several agencies, community groups and children's advocates to protect children from lead poisoning.  Detailed info regarding the programs as well as other resources including program applications and free lead test kits are available at:

Parents and students in our district should listen to radio station WSNJ for info on delayed openings and school closings.  Please note that WSNJ is no longer broadcasting on the FM channel.  They are using 1240 AM and 1440 AM for broadcasting.  Also note that delay and closing information is available on the ABC (Channel 6) and NBC (Channel 10) television stations.
