​There will be a Freshman Summer Orientation program on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.  It will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m.  All incoming 9th grade students are welcome, and must register ahead of time to participate.

If you have not done so already, please call (856) 451-9400 extension 257 and RSVP with Mrs. Marguglio as soon as possible.  If no one answers, please leave a voicemail confirmation with the student's name.  Lunch will be provided and students should report to the Performing Arts Center entrance at the rear of the school building.  Transportation is not provided, so please be available at 1:30 p.m. to pick up your student.  

We look forward to a fun filled day.  Students only.  See you on August 25!

  

Copies of the One Book One School Summer Reading selection, From Black Dust to Diamonds, have arrived.  Students who ordered books may pick them up in the Media Center between Monday, June 22 and Thursday, June 25, 2015.  Students who need to check out a book may do so in the Media Center during the same time frame.  Honors Summer Reading books will also be available in the Media Center.  Beginning June 30, pre-ordered books, books to be checked out and Honors Summer Reading books may be picked up in the Main Office.

  

The 2015-2016 One Book One School selection is the Holocaust memoir, From Black Dust to Diamonds by Izzy Randel and Maryann McLoughlin. All Class of 2017, Class of 2018, and Class of 2019 students are required to read the book. A comprehension quiz will be given the first week of September 2015.   All CRHSD constituent districts will be providing a copy of the book to incoming 9th grade students.  Any member of the Class of 2017 or Class of 2018 who did not pre-order a book by May 29, 2015, will need to visit the Main Office to borrow a copy of the book beginning in late June.  Books may be borrowed for a maximum of 2 weeks.  The information packet can be found here.
