Prospective CRHS Early College High School students should complete the ECHS 4-Year Enrollment Permission Form and RCSJ Student Consent Form for Release of Academic Records and submit by email or mail to Mr. Justin Martin at martin@crhsd.org / 90 Silver Lake Road, Bridgeton, NJ 08302. The application deadline for the 2023-2024 school year is March 10, 2023. CRHS students' ECHS forms should not be submitted directly to Rowan College of South Jersey. Once forms are received at CRHS, ECHS coordinators will retrieve applicants' 7th- and 8th-grade test scores and recommendations, which will be reviewed using a rubric. After final decisions have been made, students will be notified regarding acceptance.

The Early College High School (ECHS) program at Cumberland Regional High School allows students to complete college-level courses through Rowan College of South Jersey while meeting high school graduation requirements by following a sequence of dual-credit courses in their selected program of study as part of their regular school day at CRHS. Students must enroll in the program before entering 9th grade at CRHS and may apply to the program by contacting their guidance counselor at their current school.

Students enrolled in the ECHS at CRHS program should be taking Honors Language Arts 1 and be enrolled in Algebra 1 or higher for their 9th-grade courses.
