Resetting your password
When you reset your password, you are doing so for your school-issued Chromebook AND all email, office applications, and TEAMS. Please note this does NOT change your Genesis password.
To change your password, visit https://support.crhsd.org and follow the on screen prompts. The choices you should use are:
- Forgot My Password
- Change Password
- Forgot My Username
The online wizard will take care of the rest!
- IF YOU CAN'T LOG IN:
FIRST, make sure you're typing your email address correctly.
Your full email address is on a sticker on the bottom of your Chromebook.
Please check the spelling completely. Do not omit your first initial (or initial variation).
Do not forget the leading 2 digits that indicate your graduation year.
Please note that long, hyphenated, and compound last names may have been simplified due to system requirements.
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive.
- IF THE TECH TEAM HAS RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
While not required, it is recommended that you use SSRPM or support.crhsd.org to change it to something you will remember. This will dramatically increase your account security.
- If you still cannot log into your Chromebook to change your password (forgot password), you can still fix it.
Once the Chromebook reaches the LOG IN screen, simply go to the shelf, click APPS, and choose SSRPM.
The same wizard will start to let you recover your password.
