Mondays and Wednesdays through July and August - July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 and 31. August 5, 7 from 7:30-9:00 am each morning.

Captains Practices will be from 9:30-11:00 am each Tuesday and Thursday through July: July 9, 11, 23, 25, 30 and August 1. THERE WILL BE NO SESSION ON JULY 16 OR 17 DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
Suggested weight room training from 12-1 pm each Monday and Wednesday July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, August 5, 7, 12, 14, 15.
Practices from 5:--6:30 pm each Tuesday and Thursday July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, August 1, 6, 8, 13.

Conditioning and captains practices starting on July 8 - 3-4 days a week depending on weather. Locations will be varied and updated as we near the date.

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
Any athletes can contact Coach Hoxworth at hoxworth@crhsd.org. On Wednesdays July 10 through August 7 Grand Prix 5K at South Vineland Park. Run start time at 7 pm. Register by 6:40 pm for the free event open to all ages and offering free t-shirts, awards and prizes. Saturdays July 13 through August 10 - practice at Parvin's (beach entrance) 8:30 am-10:00 am. Weight training at the school is strongly suggested Monday through Thursday from 1-3 pm in the weight room. Other practices in August will be updated at a later date.

WEIGHT ROOM
Conditioning sessions will begin on July 8 and will be open Monday-Thursday each week through August 15. Session 1 will run 9:00 am to Noon and Session 2 will run Noon to 2:00 pm.
