District Goals
2023-2024 CRHSD BOE Goals
Goal #1 - Math
Using the 2022-2023 NJGPA scoring report as a baseline, the CRSD will increase the number of students achieving a passing score on the math NJGPA by 25% at the conclusion of the 2023-2024 school year. In year two of this goal, the CRSD will increase the number of students achieving a passing score on the math NJGPA by 50% at the conclusion of the 2024-2025 school year as compared to the 2022-2023 CRSD NJGPA data.
Goal #2 -Constituent Articulation
The CRSD will improve articulation and relations with its sending districts through a multifaceted approach that will include shared/uniform academic programs, designated articulation professional development opportunities, regular data sharing among districts, communication and information media on CRHS academic and athletic offerings, open house and orientation events, and a feasibility study aimed at addressing academic, socio-emotional, and transportation challenges.
Goal #3 - Safety and Security
The CRSD will improve the safety and security of the educational learning environment by increasing the quantity and quality of our camera systems, contracting K-9 units to provide campus searches and sweeps, and employing a more diverse security personnel to meet the needs of our district.
Goal #4 - Mental Health
The CRSD will improve student mental wellness and school culture by focusing resources in the following areas in order to address recent increases in suspensions and chronic absenteeism, and a decrease in our graduation rate: Professional Development for staff, Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) program, mental health screener/survey for all students, Care Solace platform for connecting staff, students, and their families to mental health providers, and assemblies, programs, and activities aimed at improving student well-being.
