Welcome to Junior Health and PE at Cumberland Regional! I am excited to be in the second half of my sixth year here at Cumberland Regional. Originally from Maryland and a business graduate of Penn State University! After a few years of working in the NFL I decided to pursue my teaching career through a Post-Baccalaureate program at Rowan University. Teaching and coaching today's youth has been a very intrisically rewarding career.
Junior Health will run until March 7,2018. The Junior course is CPR and First Aid. The purpose of this program is to help students recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The lessons in this program teach skills that all students need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.
