Salvete! I am proud to be working at Cumberland Regional High School, my alma mater! I have taught Latin in New Jersey for the past seventeen years, but this is my fifth year back at my old high school. I had a great time learning here, and now I'm having a great time teaching here, too. Before I started working as a Latin teacher, I attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA for my undergraduate degree, and Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA for my graduate studies. 

 

  • Latin at Cumberland Regional High School

    Students of Latin can take up to four (4) years of Latin at Cumberland Regional, with an optional fifth course as an independent study. Latin IV is in the process of gaining Dual Credit status through Rowan University. Furthermore, students can enrich their education by joining our school's chapter of the Junior Classical League (JCL), a national club that encourages the study of ancient Greek and Latin culture. Students who excel academically in Latin 3 or higher are eligible for induction in the National Junior Classical League Honor Society; students are inducted into this society in May of every school year.
