Registration

To register a new student residing within the Cumberland Regional High School District, please access the following link for online Open Registration.  Resident students include those residing in Deerfield, Upper Deerfield, Hopewell, Shiloh, Greenwich, Stow Creek and Fairfield Townships.  If you do not live within Cumberland Regional High School District and are interested in your student attending, please visit our School Choice webpage for more information.

During the online registration, you will be asked to provide proof of your child's name and date of birth, which may be verified through an original birth certificate or passport, immunization records, transfer card and records from his/her previous school (including IEP/504 or other special services records, if applicable), valid and current proof of residency in parent/guardian's name, parent's identification and any applicable court orders or other legal documentation regarding the custody of the child.  All of this documentation should be uploaded into the Open Registration portal.  If, for any reason, you are not able to do so, please contact Mrs. Schilling in the Registration Office at (856) 451-9400, ext. 233 or via email at schilling@crhsd.org 

If you are residing in someone else's home in our district or your student is residing with someone other than their parent/guardian, please contact Mrs. Schilling to obtain Residency or Guardianship Affidavits that must be completed in order to finalize your student's registration.  Please be aware, these affidavits must be signed in the presence of a notary public and one form will need to be completed and notarized by the homeowner/lessee with whom you reside for residency.
