Sports sign ups and physicals are now being accepted in anticipation of having a fall sports season. If your child wishes to participate in the fall season, paper physicals are required every 365 days and health history updates every 90 days prior to the start of a sports season. Paperwork will be available in the Main Office in mid-June or by downloading from our website under the Athletics tab (to the right of the page).
In response to the current COVID-19 outbreak, school office hours are limited to 8:30-11:30 am every Tuesday morning until further notice.
Required Athletic on-line forms can be found by logging into the parent portal in Genesis and clicking on the FORMS tab. An electronic acknowledgment from parent is only required one time per year and is mandatory before we can allow athletic participation. If you need to create a Genesis Account, please contact AnnMarie Greynolds in Guidance, email@example.com.
We are aware that many doctors' offices are closed or have implemented limited office hours in response to the current COVID-19 outbreak. Please be aware that you can visit Inspira Urgent Care from 8 am to 8 pm for a walk-in physical for $20.
All physical paperwork should be turned in to the Main Office by July 23, 2020 and a receipt will be given. If you have any issues, please contact the Nurses Office or the Athletic Office. Deadline for fall participation will be Friday, September 4, 2020.
Fall Cheer try-outs have been done virtually (link is referenced above). CLOSED - SQUAD HAS BEEN CHOSEN.
We will continue to update our Athletic website as the everchanging information becomes available from the NJSIAA regarding high school athletics in the State of New Jersey. Please check our site weekly for any udpates we may receive.
Update: The NJSIAA provided New Jersey schools with a tentative return date for high school workouts to begin, paving the way for an on-time return to competition in the fall.
The NJSIAA said it is aiming for schools to begin SUMMER WORKOUTS on July 13, 2020, also known as the summer recess period. Guidelines for what a return looks like will be in place by June 19 based on New Jersey Department of Education, New Jersey Department of Health and CDC guidelines.
COVID-19 PHASE 1 beginning August 3:
An original Covid-19 questionnaire must be maintained by the school district. Parents are to fill out and submit the original questionnaire at least SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the start of summer workouts. The form can be completed at any time and can be found here. Student-athletes are not permitted to participate if there is a "YES" response on the questionnaire. In this case, the student-athlete must be cleared by a doctor before returning to participate in a workout.
DAILY temperature checks will be conducted along with the completion of a daily pre-screening question form. The pre-screening form must be completed before you arrive on site and is required before each workout. If there is a "YES" response on the form, student-athletes should not come to the workout until they are cleared by a doctor. The daily pre-screening form can be found here.
Social distancing and face coverings will be required and should be expected.
Water will be provided for student-athletes to have their own water bottles refilled. NO drinking containers will be provided by the school. Everyone will be expected to bring their own water bottle.
*Planned Pre-Season Fall start dates:

*Dates are subject to change in accordance with updated Covid-19 information from the NJSIAA.
