CRHS Early College High School Graduates

Cumberland Regional High School (CRHS) proudly announces the successful program completion of the first cohort of CRHS Early College High School (ECHS) students, who received associate degrees from Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) at the 2022 RCSJ Commencement.

Cumberland Regional students who have earned associate degrees through the Early College High School program as part of the Class of 2022 cohort include Jacob Acevedo, Janell Canion, Ruth Clark, Jacob Currey, Jenna Frazer, Brandon Glaspey, Marissa Glaspey, Gavin Goldsborough, Kierra Hall, Jaydan Hoffner, Hailie Huntelman, Jayden Johnson, Jyoti Kashmiri, Elivia Lively, Karla Martinez Aragon, Wyatt McQuilkin, Lexie Miletta, Annakela Modri, Renee Sheppard, Cioni Simmons, Isabella Torres, Gianna Trexler, and Grecia Vera Rodriguez. Scott Reichardt and Amy Benfer are ECHS Advisers for this cohort, and Valerie Sheppard and Justin Martin are the ECHS Coordinators at Cumberland Regional.

The Early College High School program at Cumberland Regional High School allows incoming ninth-graders to enroll in a rigorous four-year program, featuring a sequence of high school, dual-credit, and dual-enrollment classes, that leads to the completion of an associate degree prior to high school graduation.

In addition to the ECHS program, Cumberland Regional students also have the opportunity to participate in one of seven Career Technical Education (CTE) academy programs, dual-credit and Advanced Placement courses, and, beginning in fall 2022, skilled trades certification programs to make significant strides toward career and college success while still in high school.

For more information about the Early College High School program at Cumberland Regional High School, please see www.crhsd.org/echs. Students interested in enrolling in the Early College High School program at CRHS should connect with their school guidance counselor and plan to apply by March of their eighth-grade year.

Congratulations to our groundbreaking Class of 2022 ECHS graduates!
