In honor of the upcoming May is Mental Health Month, Cumberland County Human Services Mental Health and Addictions Board is promoting our Stigma-free campaign by sponsoring an art contest. The contest is open to all county residents from 2nd grade – adults. There will be a $50 Visa Gift Card winner in each category. Every submission will be entered for a chance to be featured in a 2024 Cumberland County Stigma-Free Calendar. See documents for details.
