From June 27 – July 1, CRHS Army JROTC Instructors, MAJ Rahni and SSG Segarra, along with six cadets attended JCLC (Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge) Summer Camp, where they strengthened their teamwork, sharpened their leadership skills, and pushed themselves through exciting physical challenges alongside their instructors.
A huge congratulations to one of our outstanding cadets, Madison Murphy, for earning 🥈 2nd Place in the Iron Woman Competition! 💪 What an amazing accomplishment that reflects the dedication, resilience, and determination of our CRHS cadets.
We're so proud of everything our students accomplished and can't wait to see what they achieve next. Way to represent Cumberland Regional High School—Go Colts! #crhscoltnation

Celebrating student excellence at the June 24 Board of Education meeting: we recognized students awarded Colts of Character for demonstrating Responsibility and honored notable athletic achievements — the Baseball team (Tri-County Conference Liberty Division Champions), RJ Pierce (NJSIAA Group 3 State Champion in Javelin), and Kevin Fiorani, Alyssa Pierce, and Kameron Fiorani (Carpenter Cup selections). These recognitions highlight leadership, dedication, and teamwork; qualities that serve students well beyond the field and classroom. Congratulations to all the honored students and coaches. Alyssa collected seven hits and five RBIs and played stellar defense in the outfield. The Tri-Cape made it to the championship game which they lost 9 to 6.
We couldn’t be prouder of Alyssa and her accomplishments!!! 🐴🥎🤎🧡 #crhscoltnation

In unforeseen circumstances, Kevin Fiorani was invited to play on game day as well. For the first time in Colt History, 2 brothers hit the field to represent Colt Nation. Kameron played short stop and Kevin was the catcher for several innings. Kameron hit a sac fly scoring a run and Kevin hit a single to help the Tri-Cape team. The brothers made stellar defensive plays to create prideful memorable moments for the coaching staff who were in attendance. Great job boys in representing Colt athletics.
